1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Juzsell (“Juzsell”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an online platform that lets you connect Facebook Pages and use AI-assisted tools to manage customer conversations and related workflows in Facebook Messenger. By creating an account, connecting a Page, or otherwise using Juzsell, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Juzsell provides features such as Facebook Login, Page connection, webhook-based message handling, conversation history in our dashboard, AI-generated suggested or automated replies (powered by third-party models), product catalog and embeddings, and order-related messaging (for example, confirmations you trigger from the dashboard). The exact features available to you may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and, where required, act on behalf of a business that owns or administers the Facebook Pages you connect. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses Juzsell on your behalf is authorised to do so.
4. Facebook / Meta
Juzsell relies on Facebook Login, Messenger, webhooks, and the Meta Graph API. Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Meta's Pages, Groups and Events Policies, and other applicable Meta policies. You must only connect Pages you are permitted to manage. If Meta suspends your app access, Page, or account, features of Juzsell may stop working — we are not responsible for Meta's enforcement actions.
5. Your responsibilities toward customers
When someone messages your Page, you act as the data controller (or equivalent) for your customer relationship; we process messages and related data on your instructions to provide Juzsell. You are responsible for lawful use of Messenger and AI in your market (including disclosures, consents, and any industry rules), for the accuracy of your catalog and bot configuration, and for honouring orders, refunds, and support commitments you make to customers. We recommend a clear privacy notice for your business that explains how you use Messenger and automation.
6. AI-generated content
Replies and suggestions produced by AI may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for what is sent to customers in connection with your Page (including reviewing or overriding automated content where needed). Juzsell is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
7. Products, pricing, and orders
Any products, prices, and orders shown or discussed through Juzsell are between you and your customers. Juzsell provides software to help you operate; we do not guarantee sales, delivery, or payment between you and third parties. Subscription or usage fees for Juzsell (if any) are as shown on our pricing or checkout pages and may change with notice as described there.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Juzsell for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading purposes.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
- Use Juzsell in violation of Meta policies or applicable export or sanctions rules.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own Juzsell, including software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or access period. You retain rights to content you upload (such as product text and images); you give us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the service.
10. Third-party services
Juzsell integrates with services such as Supabase (auth, database, storage), Meta (Facebook / Messenger), and OpenAI (models). Those providers' terms and policies apply to their respective services. Outages or changes by third parties may affect Juzsell.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we must comply with law or platform requirements. You may stop using Juzsell at any time; disconnecting Pages and closing your account may not automatically delete all data — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Juzsell nor its suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service (per incident or series of related incidents) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Juzsell in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence where required).
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Juzsell, your content, your interactions with customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
