Juzsell (“we”, “our”, or “the product”) is an AI-powered chatbot platform that lets you connect your Facebook Pages and automate customer conversations via Messenger. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Juzsell, you agree to this policy.
2. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following:
- Account data: When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, email (if provided by Facebook), and access tokens needed to manage your Pages and send messages.
- Page data: For each Facebook Page you connect, we store page ID, name, category, and page access token so we can receive webhooks and send replies on your behalf.
- Conversation and message data: We store conversations between your Page and customers, including message content, sender identifiers (Facebook PSID), and when you have enabled it we may store the customer's display name and profile picture from Facebook for your convenience.
- Product and order data: Any products, images, descriptions, and order information you add, and orders placed by customers through Messenger.
- Bot configuration: Your chosen system prompt, tone, model, and other AI settings for each Page.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data above to provide the service: to authenticate you, connect and manage your Facebook Pages, receive and process Messenger messages, generate AI replies (including using product and order context), show you conversations and orders in the dashboard, send “Order confirmed” or “Order cancelled” (and similar) messages to customers, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising unrelated to operating the service.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third parties. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process:
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage. Data is stored in their infrastructure (e.g. region you choose).
- Facebook / Meta: Login (Facebook OAuth), Messenger (receiving and sending messages), and Graph API (e.g. page info, user profile for names/photos). Data shared with Facebook is subject to Meta's policies.
- OpenAI: We send conversation history, product context, and (when relevant) images to OpenAI to generate replies, embeddings, and image descriptions. See OpenAI's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures (e.g. HTTPS, secure tokens, access controls) to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and Page connections secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect Pages and delete or update product and bot configuration from the dashboard. 7. Customers Who Message Your Page
When someone messages your Facebook Page, we process their messages and related data (e.g. sender ID, name if we fetch it) on your behalf as the Page owner. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Juzsell and the way you handle customer data complies with applicable laws and Facebook's terms and policies. We recommend you have your own privacy notice for your business that explains to customers how you use Messenger and AI.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Juzsell after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
